Poached Salmon
Poaching salmon requires no oil as the fish cooks gently in a simmering bath for a delicately delicious result. This salmon makes the perfect addition to salads and grain bowls.
Instructions
- 1
Fill a pan with enough water to submerge the salmon fillet. Bring the water to a simmer.
- 2
Add the salt, peppercorns, thyme, and lemon to the simmering water, then gently add the salmon fillet. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
- 3
Remove the salmon from the poaching liquid and season with salt and ground black pepper. Serve with more lemon for squeezing.
- 4
Enjoy!
