
One-Pan Flank Steak & Veggies
Tender flank steak and roasted vegetables are seasoned to perfection in this easy one-pan meal, making for a nutritious and filling dinner.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Make the steak seasoning: In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder until combined.

Arrange the broccoli, onion, and flank steak on a baking sheet. Drizzle the broccoli and onion with the olive oil, then season everything with the steak seasoning.

Bake for 15 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes, or until the internal temperature of steak reaches 145°F (65°C) for medium, or your desired temperature. Let the steak rest 10 minutes before slicing.
