These prawn and asparagus skewers are a light and refreshing option. The prawns are grilled until perfectly charred and served alongside tender asparagus spears, all brushed with a lemon-herb dressing. Perfect for a summertime BBQ or a quick weeknight dinner.

Add the lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper into the melted butter and mix well.
