One-Pot Basil Pasta

This one-pot basil pasta is a lifesaver for busy weeknights! Loaded with fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, and garlic, this dish comes together in no time and is sure to be a hit with the whole family.

Instructions

    Add the onion, garlic, tomatoes, basil, parsley, linguine, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and water to a large pot. Cook over a high heat for 2 minutes, submerging the pasta into the water once it’s soft enough.

    Reduce the heat to medium-low, tossing and stirring continuously until the liquid reduces down into a thick sauce.

    Serve the pasta topped with Parmesan and more basil.
