Farro Lentil Salad

Nutty farro and protein-packed lentils are mixed with crunchy veggies, then dressed with a zesty lemon and herb dressing for a healthy and satisfying salad.

Instructions

    In a medium bowl, combine the farro, lentils, tomatoes, cucumber, yellow pepper, red pepper, and parsley.
