Golden brown hash-browns create the crust for this cheesy quiche filled with chicken sausage and onions. It's the perfect savory dish for your next weekend brunch.

    Meanwhile, cook sausage and onions in a skillet until onions are clear and sausage is cooked and crumbled.

    Transfer to a bowl and cool.
