
BLT
No sandwich is as simple and satisfying as a BLT full of juicy tomatoes and crispy, salty bacon. With so few ingredients, make sure you are using the best quality–they will make the sandwich that much better!
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange the bacon on the prepared baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake to your desired level of crispiness, 12–15 minutes. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

On a cutting board, spread a generous layer of mayonnaise over each slice of bread.

Layer the sliced tomato, lettuce, and bacon over the mayonnaise on 2 slices of bread. Place the other slices of bread on top. Cut the sandwiches in half on the diagonal.
