    Cut the salmon into bite-size cubes.

    In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, chilli, garlic, and sea salt.

    Add the salmon to the marinade, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.

    Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Pour in the marinade and add the honey and sesame seeds. Cook until bubbling and starting to thicken, then add the salmon and cook for a couple of minutes on each side, until cooked through.

    Transfer the salmon bites to a serving platter and garnish with more sesame seeds, green onions, red chiles. Insert a toothpick into each salmon bite.
