
One-Pan Spicy Prawns and Rice
This one-pan spicy prawns and rice recipe is perfect for a quick and easy dinner. Packed with flavor from spicy and garlicky chorizo, it's a delicious way to enjoy succulent prawns and fluffy rice all in one dish.
Instructions

In a large pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions, garlic, chile, and red pepper and sauté for about a minute, until starting to soften.

Add the chorizo and continue to cook for another minute or two.

Stir in the turmeric, salt, pepper, and rice.

Pour in the water, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until the rice is tender and the water has been absorbed.

Stir in the peas and prawns and cook until prawns are pink and no longer translucent, 3-4 minutes.
