Filipino Chicken Sisig Wraps

These chicken sisig wraps are a delicious and easy-to-make Filipino dish. The tender chicken is mixed with onions, garlic, and spices, then wrapped in a soft tortilla.

In a pan on high heat, cook ground chicken on high until lightly browned. Once cooked, add black pepper , soy sauce and salt.

Continue to stir until the chicken has absorbed juice and become golden-brown. To this, add chopped onion and jalapeño.

Let the onions cook slowly until about half done. At this point, add mayonnaise and lemon juice into the mixture and mix well.

Garnish with chopped green onions, scoop into lettuce cups, garnish if desired, and serve.
