Dalgona-Inspired Strawberry Milk

By Tasty15 min🍽 2 servings

Whipped dalgona coffee has been on everyone’s minds and social feeds since the beginning of quarantine. Here, we turned into a fruity, creamy drink for all ages.

Instructions

  1. 1

In a medium bowl, whip the aquafaba with an electric hand mixer until foamy and stiff peaks form, 2–3 minutes. Add the sugar and whip for another 30 seconds. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of the strawberry powder and whip again for another 30 seconds, until well incorporated.

  2. 2

Add a large spoonful of strawberry jam, if using, to the bottom of a tall glass. Fill the glass ¾ of the way with milk. Spoon the whipped strawberry topping on top and serve, stirring to combine.

  3. 3

    Enjoy!

  4. 4

Note: To make the freeze-dried strawberry powder, add the strawberries to a food processor or spice grinder and process until finely ground. The strawberry powder will keep in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
