Prep the Chicken Wings: Pat your chicken wings dry. In a large bowl, toss the wings with avocado oil, baking powder, and all the spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt).

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Air fry the wings for 24 minutes, flipping halfway through, about 12 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

While the wings are cooking, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes in a large pan. Set aside.

Prepare the Tikka Masala Dipping Sauce: In a pan, melt butter and sauté onion, ginger, and garlic for 1-2 mins. Add spices and tomato paste, cooking until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
