
Chicken Fritters

In a large bowl, add boneless chicken. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and ginger garlic paste.

In a small bowl add curd and red food coloring. Whisk it until curd is smooth and add mixture to the marinated chicken. Mix and massage well.

Add a few drops of oil to the marinated chicken. Let the marinated chicken rest overnight in the fridge.

Add chopped curry leaves, gram flour and corn flour to the chicken. Mix it well before deep frying it.

In a deep pan, add 2 cups (480 ml) of oil and heat on high.. Once the oil is hot, drop in the marinated chicken one at a time.

Remove the chicken once cooked and crispy. Serve. .
