This beef and cheese tortellini bake is a hearty and satisfying meal that's perfect for busy cooks. Filled with savory ground beef, plump cheese-filled tortellini, and topped with a layer of melted mozzarella cheese, it's a weeknight wonder that's sure to please the whole family.

Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).

Add a teaspoon of olive oil to a heavy saucepan and brown the beef over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper.
