
Sweet Potato & White Bean Burgers

Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the roasted sweet potato, white beans, onion, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, nutritional yeast, red pepper flakes, parsley, and lemon juice.

Divide the sweet potato mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties.

In a large pan, heat a drizzle ov oil over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until browned. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until warmed through.
