
Pork Chops And Creamy Spinach
Juicy pork chops are pan-seared to perfection and served with a creamy spinach sauce. The spinach is cooked with garlic, cream, and parmesan cheese for a decadent side dish.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Heat the olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until translucent, about 2 minutes. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
