A New England classic, succulent chunks of lobster are tossed with mayo and herbs, then piled high on a buttery toasted bun and served with a side of chips and pickles.

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine the celery, β…“ cup (80 g) of the mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chives.

    Brush the inside of the hotdog buns with the remaining 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
