
Chicken Chow Mein Nests
These crispy, savory nests are filled with a flavorful mixture of stir-fried chicken, crunchy vegetables, and a delicious soy-based sauce. The textures and flavors all come together to create a delightful appetizer or snack that's sure to please any crowd.

To make the sauce, mix the grated ginger, garlic, ketchup, soy sauce and oyster sauce in a small bowl until combined. Set aside

Fry the chicken until cooked through.

Add the red pepper and spring onion and fry for 2 minutes.

Add the beansprouts and fry for a further 3-4 minutes.

Add the sauce and fry for another minute or two.

Add noodles to each hole of the muffin tin and pat down to make a small indent.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

Remove nests from muffin tin.

Spoon the chow mien onto the baked noodles.
