Instructions

    In a pot of boiling water, cook your ramen according to package instructions.

    Spiral your sausage by skewering it in the middle with a kabob skewer and using a knife to twist around the sausage. Remove the kabob skewer.

    Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Coat the pan with cooking spray, and add the sausage. Cook, stirring gently to cook evenly, until all sides crisp up, about 3 minutes. Remove the sausage from the pan.

    To the same pan, add the cooked ramen, and top with the beaten egg. Immediately add the cheese, sausage, furikake, Sriracha, and scallion on one half of the ramlette.

    Cover with the lid, and once the egg has set, about 1 minute, fold the ramelette in half. Garnish with kewpie mayo, Sriracha, furikake, and scallions. Serve immediately.
