Beef Shawarma Fries

    Cut the steak into thin slices, about 3 inches in length. Add the spices, tahini and yogurt and mix. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

    Mix the yogurt, tahini, salt, lemon and water to make the sauce. Set aside.

    Once it's time to cook the meat, start frying your potatoes. Cook the steak for 8- minutes with 2 tbsp of oil on medium high.

    For layering, add your fries, beef, sumac rubbed onions, turnips and then sauce.

    Serve and enjoy!
