    Prepare the wings: Pat the chicken wings using a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

    In a medium bowl, mix together cornstarch, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper until well combined. Add the chicken wings and toss until evenly coated. Set aside.

    Make the sauce: In a medium pot, combine the mango, chilies, water, garlic, honey and salt. Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth. Place the pot over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Whisk in the butter and continue cooking until the sauce is thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside.

    Preheat an air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
